Happy Halloween from all of us here at the Cavalcade. We spent the day at the DMW utterly hating our lives and now we are home for wine and pumpkin carving and wine and dinner and wine and horror movie watching and wine. We don't get trick or treaters because you have to be buzzed into our building, but that's fine because I hate kids any way. Although it would be fun to scare them...
Enjoy these attempts at costuming the felines. The mere presence of the pumpkin suit has made all the cats extra sassy. Better photos possibly forthcoming.

Haha - "who wants to wear the pumpkin suuuuiiit..." sounds like such a THREAT when you say it like in that first vid! ;) Those cats are probably mortified.
ReplyDeleteThe pumpkin suit is a very ominous thing. It's still lying in the floor and is being stepped around as if it is a dead body :)
ReplyDeleteOh, that has cheered me up no end!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad, Jinx! :)
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't dare put the cats in outfits, though I want a cape for our newest "fur kid." This summer, I had to put down Casey Jones my oldest (17yo) due to health problems, but we have since adopted a 2 year old Nebelung that my wife named "Lugosi." That alone is reason to have him wear a cape and medallion around his neck.
ReplyDeleteOh Chris! You should have told me sooner! I'm so sorry! RIP Casey Jones. He a had a good long life, though. Can't wait to hear more about your new Lugosi. He and my Bela should hang!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jenn, it was pretty tough, rather than go in detail, I can send you an email about it and even send along a picture of Lugosi. Lugosi is a very friendly cat and a real "Lady killer" every woman that has met him falls for him and he loves the attention. He likes other cats so I am sure he and Bela would have a good time together.
